All products are handmade by us and small differences in shape, size and colour can happen, so we would appreciate it if you would see this as part of the charm of a handmade product, not as a fault. If, however, you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one (if available). Please inform us of the reason you would like to return/exchange within 7 calendar days of delivery, and send it back to us within 14 calendar days of delivery.
